Co-op for ages 12-18 MATH ESSAY TIPS AND TECHNIQUES BASIC CHEMISTRY INFO SCIENCE STUDY HALL ART SOCIAL TIME This is not a drop-off program.

Parents will be asked to participate and help teach or manage the group. . Our first session will include- 6 pm- Social Time . 6:10 pm- MATH- a tutor will be on hand to help students with math topics with which they struggle. Many of the students will be preparing to take the GED, but all students are welcome to join us. . 6:10 pm- ESSAY TIPS AND TECHNIQUES- a mentor will be on hand to help the students prepare for the Essay portion of the GED. . 6:50 pm- BASIC CHEMISTRY- Students will find their way around the Periodic Table. We'll play games and do activities to use what's learned about elements, atoms, and molecules. . 6:50 pm- SCIENCE STUDY HALL- for those taking other science courses, there will be separate areas set up for the students to work together to learn the science subject they are studying. . 7:30 pm- ART- Each student will take a week to share a skill, lead an art activity or explore a medium of their choice. . 8:10 pm- Social Time
