Sewing Group: Summer Session 1

Description

This is a drop-in program that will continue all summer (as long as there are participants).


Bring Your Own Sewing Machine, if you would like to machine sew.  Hand-sewing is also welcome.


Participants can make simple clothing, simple costumes, simple pillows, simple stuffed animals and dolls, etc.


I can only take 4 beginner sewers under the age of 14 who don't have a grown-up to help them if they are working on machines.


We won't be having class on June 15, due to another commitment.  But families can come after 1 pm, if they want to meet anyway.


Adults are welcome to join us.


$12 per person per visit.

I have been involved in homeschool enrichment programs for over 10 years. I enjoy helping students learn to ask questions and dig for knowledge. My preferred system of learning is leading students in project-based studies in geography, science, art and ELA. My hobbies include ballroom dancing, art, music, and birding.
